Why worry about something that is never going to be converted into common stock at least not anytime soon. T/A is wide open for anyone to contact to verify if any shares have been added to the issued and so far, NOT a SINGLE share has been added. WRONG! GCAN has only been trading 7 months and has been fully reporting since the Dream Team Took over the Clean GCAN shell. They have even Up-listed to OTCB and have plans to move higher. Everything is in there Up to date Filings and has been since the Beginning. Including preferred shares which is part of the A/S and can't even be raised without a filing. They are proud to show that they have not needed to use them, Even Though there has been Many False Claims they where going to covert and dilute since Day One. It hasn't Happened.
