Looks pretty obvious to me what's going on.

Versa helped turnaround the company and desires to now sell it; as it is once again successful....

Even the current CEO states the reason said company was on the decline, prior to Versa's acquiring was due to poor management.

"It was a great brand with a great product" he said "It was just poorly managed."

Another x millions of value added to the sales prices.

Didn’t you read the CEO clearly states this deal could repeat the success of 1993?
