look - there's no "dividend" because you can't dividend what you don't own - and as a minority guy - you own precisely nothing. reference the "herb" deal we explained it to everyone many many times and had the legal team in china to review it and did the dog and pony show all night long with them. selling both and admitting you're wrong is a healing experience.
