Can someone update me on the status of clearing out the convertible notes?

No change in the status of their Court case - still in "advisement" with judge since Jan 21. For 3 months - no further court dates, no hearings scheduled, no new motions filed, and no rulings on the summary judgement motions. Something must be coming soon.
