This NEWS is very significant. It demonstrates management are (finally) trimming the fat, lightening their finajcial burden and focusing on one pursuit...the deelopment and launch of QODE.
They still keep Spponge at close quarters, in an alliance sense, with 7.5% ownership no less....and 33 mill shares stay at home base. A mini buy back would be nice....but wont happen!!

Good news. Kudos to BOD for one of their rare sensible acts! Forget world domination....lets just make sure we do Stage One well and within our means!!!!
