lol, this is the biggest bullshit fake laughable PR ever. The numbers are bullshit, they never actually state the offer. For all we know, they were drinking at lunch (on the shareholders dime of course) and while drunk he said 'Hey! I want some of that easy money ATM bullshit you got going, I'll give you $100 for it!'
and Emil says 'I'll pay for lunch if I can quote you on that!' 'Deal!'

Thats the offer, there was never, ever, ever any actual offer of $150 M.

The timing of the PR, the bullshit writing of it, the positioning of the words.

Note how the offer was for "..Dr. Gil Amelio and his associates to take over management of the Company..." as opposed to a cash offer to buy the company. Instead, it sounds like he simply wanted to boot Malak.

Then again, they refuse to simply post the actual offer which would answer everyone's questions and doubts.
