1,2,3 Granted, but that's not unheard of in this new industry. There are many companies with viable patents and lots potential for a market that is explosive once Government ends prohibition, or once products and markets are developed. These companies are expected to be long plays at this stage.

Contracts start with LOI's, it shouldn't be too difficult to confirm the LOI with Allume or others if one needs more proof.

Lexaria is another example of a great company with leading edge technology that hasn't made any revenues yet, but that didn't stop Altria from investing in it. That in itself doesn't make a company a SCAM.

While you make valid points one should consider these Cannabis companies are startups in a new (huge black market) industry under prohibition blazing new trails so there is a lot of creative financing with shares etc.

I think we all appreciate due diligence and sharing in a way we can decipher the risk for ourselves because what you call a scam others may see differently and worth the risk for whatever reason.
