You guys don't even try. They made a statement because etrade had stopped allowing people to buy VRUS shares online. Not because of the hiccup. It seems etrade is 1 of the most common places people use so when a large majority of people can't buy shares of course any decent company is gonna be like hey what the eff guys.

Also remember the company is ready to dilute 695,000,000 shares as per the amended 10-q.... seems maybe they are just upset some people sold before they could at those .015+ levels.

Please take a look at the company's tweets that totally puts to sleep that false statement:

We've been getting quite a few questions about a reference in the recently amended 10-Q to 695,000,000 shares to be issued in conjunction with existing obligations.

To clear up any confusion, our Feb 11 financing paid off the debt connected to most those shares. The share obligation was still in the Q1 report, because the financing that removed this occurred in Q2. Investors should be advised that this source of dilution was no longer exists

I'm 100% sure that what the company is saying is true because of the transparency they have shown to me as a shareholder for more than two years and because they would be in legal problems if they post this in Twitter without being true.
