First off the company should have never gave a deadline for the deals to close. Second anyone who actually does any DD on this crap knows this company is a financial disaster. Not only do they have massive debt they also have a massive amount of Preferred Shares tied to debt. The share structure is out of control. Third this equity offering is NON Registered so all the talk of cash at .0025 and warrants at .005 is complete bullshit. And last but not least, if this BOD were truly as powerful as everyone wonts others to belive this would already be trading in the pennies instead of daily dilution likes been going on.
