its amazing..they know whats coming and so are taking risk on the equity side (IMO) and taking risk on the debt side by not just blowing up the ticker.. the conversions will not be so onerous at higher pps so total dillution to shareholder will not be gut wrenching...smart money doesnt like their pocket picked and still sees the overhang first and would rather let the penny player work through that and then they will jump in ...the higher we go the bigger our pool of investors...enjoy..
