I would think that if the infringed patents where acquired by Attis in someway, Attis would be added as an interested party to the litigation.

Personally I don’t think the patents of the lawsuit are involved in anyway. That would not fit into KK’s strategy in anyway, and would also conflict with the filings about the JV
