Why even bother with a vote to move to Boston; if you have already moved to Austin without a vote? I don't get the subterfuge.
Where are the SEC filings for the eviction that happened in 2018? Where was the company operating for more than 3 months before they moved to the Austin storage building?
Where were they operating when they tried to vote on the stock a few months ago? The filings from that time say Houston was the corporate headquarters but I know for a provable fact that the locks were changed last December 2018.
Does anybody know what happens when a stock gets delisted for not filing? There is a curious lack of SEC filings going on.
