Not sure DD. i did try to buy a few today but Ameritrade stated 'not currently accepting buy orders on this security.' Looks like the T/A has been paid though. Means nothing for this shell. The transfer agent will now update ALLLL their companies/client share structure numbers each month.

That web site provided much info on D’Alberto’s scams and provided many of the court records against the D’Albertos.

I’m sure this information will be reappear on other websites and forums.
