That is not accurate, DERPS

EVERY tradable share HAS to be registered and Cusip'd.

If someone has unregistered shares, and during or after the aging period should try to sell them, that is against the law as that person is selling unregistered securities.

I think the up coming trial will be an eye opener to many who don't understand the complicated laws surrounding Stock.
