Hello, Jake.. I also feel there is much more to this than anyone knows.. I am very dissapointed..

In my opinion something is going on behind the closed doors to get control of the Company thru the elimination of current shareholders..

Someone in my opinion is hoping many current shareholders will sell out and move on so they can come in and buy cheap shares..

Then after control of the Company is where they want it.. Then the PPS will start to reflect a more realistic value.

I have to feel the future deals that have been mentioned are real. We know the ME is in need of Lumber, Cement, Steel, etc.

I have posted very little recently.. I feel awfull at this point in time. Knowing some posters read my morning postings and took a lot of what I said to heart..

I was trying to see what could happen with the future of this company..I am still hopefull the right people will be looking to make some money down the road and the PPS will slowly start to reflect those efforts.

I had borrowed some money in the past to Buy more shares.. Yesterday I sold enough shares 120,211 to pay back the money I borowed.. I still control a lot of shares..

I am watching and waiting.. I have another stock I am willing to sell and buy more shares of SLJB if I feel the PPS get to low in Price.. If i sell my shares in the other stock. I will be looking for a short term bounce with SLJB..

I want to say I am still confident in the future of SLJB but in all honesty that confidence has been weakened.. I am hoping those looking to take control of the Company are looking to make some money in the future..

We stll own shares and if we hold our shares.. They will have to pay more to get them.. Someone stands to amke a lot of money if they can get the PPS to higher levels.

That alone for now is enough to keep me hanging around..

I am not quite sure how the PPS will react today.. I do know the Market does not like uncertaninty and SLJB sure has lots of unanswered questions..

Maybe someone is being Sly like a fox and those who are shorting the stock could end up getting trapped.. Is all of this part of a Master Plan??

For now I will take it one day at a time.. My thoughts and prayers go out to many on this board.. I do not like seeing anyone get hurt, or losing money, friends, relationships etc.

I hope cooler heads can prevail for today and a few months down the road.. Some of the dreams I once had for SLJB can still come true.. GLTA. FFB-Fish

Merger with a much larger company.

1) Someone "bought out" Sulja Bros, and spent some money doing so.I don't think PV himself did that, tho I may be wrong. I personally do not know his overall financial situation.

2) Wessal has publically stated that they were purchasing 25% of SLJB on the open market. Why, if it is a "nowhere penny stock"?

3) Wessal has "loaned" sulja $25m also. Again, why?

4) It has been stated time and again how much of a "player, dealmaker" PV, A.K.A. "black Pete" is. He knows what the Sulja export license is worth, as do those with large money and many building projects on line to complete (and build in the future) in the AE and around the globe. I think he was in the right position at the right time, and set up not only the Sulja buyout but the upcoming merger with a much larger corp as well. He will of course get his substantial cut, plus make money on whatever shares he holds.

5) This sticks in my craw too--IF PV was scamming this, I do not see him worrying about posting a statement depicting a delay in the middle of the night. I firmly believe he is not the top puppetmaster at this point.

6) I think we will see the AF's before the bell. I also think we will see alot more than that too in the coming days.
