I did miss one piece from the most recent annual report

From the previous post, there were 58,816,666 shares held outside of Algonquin Partners, Inc. at the time of the most recent OTCMarkets update.

On 11/13/18 there was one shareholder listed (Chinese address listed - maybe former officer of Regal, UHF, etc) who held 13,387,300 shares.

58816666 - 13387300 = 45.43 Million shares left of the investing public

Please chime in if anyone has more info to add, or if I am missing any info they have found.
