Replacing the director didn't happen overnight. This has been underway for sometime. Jimmy knew this was going to happen when he put out that 8K Q&A a few days ago.
Changing directors does not, IMO, in any way indicate that Bizright is out. Jimmy just told us Biright was still in. Also, if they were, we would see another 8K very soon.
