They can’t do a reverse merger my friend. Clearly stated in the 2018 annual report and 2017 annual report this company is not a shell company. Didn’t even need to read through this the minute I saw reverse merger.
The only thing that could happen is a stock split. And everyone here seems to be leaning towards a positive stock split. But with the amount of shares outstanding and the level this currently is trading at with minimal cash on hand how do they possibly not raise the outstanding to the point where this is so far diluted that they have no choice but to stock split and move this PPS up? I’m not sure lots of thinking going here on my end and I haven’t had time to actually research my opinion 100% yet. I will eventually post something on what I believe
