Either they brought him because he is an expert in raising capital, mergers and acquisitions and will help grow the business. Or they brought him in because he know the legal ins and outs of raising capital and can scam us all legally.
If bizright is out of the deal which I don't believe so Bc Sgmd is asking for 20 million funding from kJ fund . Let's say bizright is no longer going to be acquired. 200 million shares have to be issued back . Gives us a market Cap of 20 million . Sgmd revenue is at 7 million . That's 3 x sales Very close to fair value . Limited downside from here .
