I suggest that everyone takes the time to try and find IPKL somewhere on the website...attempt to contact the CHINESE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND REFORM COMMISSION. The URL is for the Chinese National Development and Reform Commission...the same Chinese National Development and Reform Commission that supposedly approved the JV...

If they say that it has been approved...well then...buy up as many shares of IPKL as you can...because the thing is going to take off. If they reply, IPKL who? SELL SELL SELL
