All it says is they havent down sh*t about it. Fraud was committed according to Alex, and he has done nothing but sit and have coffee with them for over a year. They took the company’s money, the company diluted shareholders in to oblivion, and not a single damn thing has been done to fix it. It’s criminal imo.

In case you weren’t paying attention they VOLUNTARILY gave up the rep license which was the whole point of enertrade in the first place. They then paid another firm 60k to take our paying clients. You cannot make this incompetence up.

HCDenny I did go back and re-read and still ask what are they doing to recoup the loss from the sellers of Enertrade that basically perpetrated a fraud upon us, the shareholders. I would have thought Alex would have been more astute at his due diligence prior to and during the purchase of Enertrade seeing as he had so much experience in this field. I don't understand from that 8k did he basically throw Enertrade into the trash? He refers to looking at energy providers in the future...is he going to be an energy provider? Is he going to use a skeleton of Enertrade? It's not clear to me...if it is to you, please enlighten me. Thanks $ZNGY
