Really? Can someone provide me the link to the actual announcement? Also, if subcontracting companies are involved, earnings would not be split. Need to see the breakdowns. Any info DD would be greatly appreciated.

If TriStar LLC was awarded the contract, they are the owner of the contract. They would not be a sub to TMPS for the contract. TriStar is the PRIME for the contract. TMPS will be the sub? Does that make sense? Am I missing something?
