Not sure I follow your thinking, its $22k bid...insiders, outsiders who ever thats a nice bid. An insider doesnt know if someone is going to sell into his bid, that could get expensive keep on throwing out 22k to prep a stock... or look at the other angle, if it an insider maybe he knows something is about to be announced, more then just the 10k... could be just a regular investor that sees the potential and its undervalued, wants to get in b4 it's too late. Bottom line someone put $22k up, that's not chump change
