IVS is a legitimate merger company. This over subscribed number of shares needs to be settled before the merger company will fully commit. Obviously legal needs to get involved. The only issue I see will be the timing. IVS usually finishes its work within weeks of gaining custodianship. This has been two and a half months. Watch for further updates, which should come this week. Patience and caution, imo.
