You are probably correct on that there is some reason why they want to hold back buying. Does anyone know if Etrade has a single assigned MM that handles their orders.
If so it may give us an indication as to that MM's current status on $VRUS.
Guessing here and throwing out a theory with nothing to back it up. I just don't know the answer as to who Etrade Routes through.
