Read both of Rons News Releases sentence by sentence and then word by word. It's not even a sneaky way of inferring that it's pre-mixed. The way that I understand the wording it doesn't directly say that the fuel is pre-mixed and that is why both of the station's aren't over loaded with customers by now.
