Thank you for the kind words! I was being a bit tongue in cheek about the 5 and 10% - however the 5 is a very real possibility if given a few more months and the stars to align on another opportunity I’m in plus the required number of sellers at 2. Can’t get 1’s but I’d be comfortable with 2’s. We shall wait and see, good buddy!
