Dr.PennyStock or anybody else, Let me know if I'm close here..(Currently mobile), but was thinking about these numbers.

Consider if the O/S is around 107M;

1. That list of 8 posted here is not current
2. Those holders had just under 60% when the O/S was lower.
3. Now the O/S is closer to 107M, that drops the group under 50%
4. Now since approval of these patents, wouldn't it be wise to control 50%?
5. Not sure if that 6.3M + the latest S-4 (Gullickson) of 500k, puts the group awfully close to 50% of that 107M.

Sorry, again I do not have the numbers in front of me ATM, but do ya kinda see what I'm getting at (Patents issued, need to get back control as Majority Shareholder, & not sure if they have a poison pill in place).

Maybe someone knows & can help with this theory.
