Being a newbie has nothing to do with age. As far as the questions to CCII- I've had several come back as undeliverable- you said earlier that you had the same problem, perhaps that's why you've heard nothing- or are you saying that the emails you sent actually went through?
I just tried both addresses that you did and they both came back immediately.
If you can show that the CCII has posted information about a similar pending JV or development then that may be a concern about why this JV isn't posted. I asked earlier if you've come across recent developments that have been posted and you simply asked the board if they had a link. Their website is outdated and quite frankly it sucks- it's not something they care to bother with obviously, that may be the reason. Yong An is a private company that may not even release PRs. If you can't find a previous PR from them what makes you think they'd PR this news?
You've brought up a valid point that anyone could have asked him all along if it concerned them so greatly. Instead you were here telling everyone that someone should make the call because it's such a red flag...that's got newbie written all over it.
