I read both your reply and the one from Orca. My "gut" tells me you're right. Of course, there is no proof one way or another. But the fact that there are no filings tells my "gut" that there is something being hidden from then shareholders...especially when the CEO of the company said that the company would be transparent with the shareholders. The change of heart with the company makes me think that the company is now hiding things from the shareholders.
Again, I have no proof to show either way. Only the CEO can can make this right by reporting and signing off on accurate financials, that it appears he refuses to do.
