The history of CDIX is not pretty and many a common shareholder's been screwed:

The company will have to put out PRs or news to drum up activity and volume in order to move forward... but again, its history leaves a lot to be desired by any potential shareholder who's even slightly well versed in the gutter of OTC pinks...
