Is this is the start of the distribution relationship with Charlatte.

FedEx Memphis did a big trial with Charlatte and PLUG over 2 or more years proving the effectiveness of tuggers with Fuel cell's. there are videos of Tuggers with 3 or 4 carts full of baggage being pulled around the parking lot in Albany. If I recall at least 20 vehicles were operational and Ballards cells were thrown away and latest PLUG cells used. (that delayed things quite a bit ..thank you )

The project was funded by the Dept of Energy (like the current FedEx delivery vehicle one)

This is the first deployment of tuggers into a new location NOT funded by DoE.

Hence it is significant that FedEx have paid for the infrastructure as well as the conversion of relevant tuggers.

we do need more details as to number and type of devices converted - are the loading ramps running of H2 as well as the actual tugs?

What is Charlatte's plans for promotion and selling the solution to their customer base?

What is FedEx's plans for other locations.

If there is a roll out agreement then it would be one of the "4 announcements" expected.

Is this a formal distribution agreement with Charlatte or was it PLUG who sold them the deal (they have great relations with FedEx NY State) and just used Charlatte for the conversion/vehicles?

Every week something new from PLUG got to love the SP increase since January...
