Maybe they don’t have thousands of dollars sitting around to invest in stock. I bet there are a few well paid executives at Titan, but it’s a startup, they might not have been a part of big pay day before.

Even if they have, house, boat, cars, adult children mooching off of them might be draining all of their funds.

Even if they had the money. Any level headed individual would diversify outside of their employer and wait for the employer to give them options.
