Kingpin is the authority on this so hopefully he will see this but I’m 99.9% certain there is no waiting period. There was no waiting for any prior settlements and. I can’t believe Livingston would agree to wait at all, knowing the company might not exist 18 months from now............
My guess is there will be a heavy dose of selling into the market the day after shares are issued.
