Two thoughts: 1) Either Dr Russell has something happening and is just a really bad president that has a hard time negotiating and communicating (why do quarterly/yearly financials if nothing is happening). If he pulls it off very very soon the stock will skyrocket if it is a truly big player.
2) Or he is using this vehicle to get money from investors as a scam
