Actually, what's amazing is you have no clue wether SL will effect an RS or not, but yet you claim to know he won't..?

The only thing known here is SL bought a shell from Lazar, and he's going to change the name of the Company along with an AS increase. Well, that and the fact that SL's past isn't as shiny as some perceive without digging deeper.

Let's see some valid and confirmed numbers of the Companies books that he claims he's merging into this shell before popping the cork. JMO

Excellent point plus most of the time if there is going to be a split they do it at the same time as a name change. Todays PR only mentioned a name change no splits.
