Yes I waited for this for so long Since I am confident in this company I did not sell any of my share even PPS reached over $0.05 before the reverse split
Which means I want more than $5 in current PPS with reverse split

Doesn’t the sp need to be trading consistently above $1 to be listed on Nasdaq? Then they would need to be approved to do so.
