I honestly think the Mobicard platform has great potential.

Here are real facts. We do not care about the OS because the float is small as we proved on Thursday when we ran over 300% with ease on the highs and that was before a 3 day holiday weekend. Fact 2: you can not use any chart on earth to test a chart on a 1 day breakout. none even exist that traders use. That is a joke! It takes at least a week to 2 weeks and in most cased much longer to do RSI test but in reality we are in penny stocks and RSI's do not matter they run on news and events and PTOP has major news and events coming this week and in the weeks ahead. PTOP has had a large AS for a long tie now because the old CEO was going to do a RS. Those are not the plans anymore. That was cancelled and now Joshua is the CEO and doing a great and awesome job here.

Here are the most important facts all old timers have known. Posting old news from 2 years go is irrelevant! Bento is out and he has been gone for awhile now! That is why we never needed to do RS as he had planned. Joshua has been the PTOP CEO since. The 12 billion share number was set with the possibility that the C2A Note could convert at a much much higher value. The conversion was done at the lowest stated value. That is also why the float is far lower than the OS the shares never went to market.

As part of that settlement cash was raised for Josh to do the things he is doing now. The fact that money was paid to Think Latitude and for the patent work shows good faith on Josh's part that things are likely on track.
