Don’t forget disruption-labs, Elkay - also Garnock and Co. Word for word from their website:

“R&D and contract manufacturing lab that specializes in nano-particle applications, bio-enhancing and radically evolving next generation products in food & beverage, cosmetics and nutraceuticals”.

Statements in recent PRs have been very clear on Verus’ intent to expand into consumer product lines...and that language didn’t show up until Garnock did.

3/25/19 GlodeNewswire:

Based on our discussions with new sources of growth, we also anticipate significant product line and geographic expansion during 2019, with the potential to enter new countries and add higher margin consumer product categories.

Wording is very telling here. It doesn’t say “discussions with potential sources of growth”, it clearly says “new sources of growth”. If something is new, you already have it.

2/28/19 GlobeNewswire:

“Our long-term goal is to be an international food seller with a wide range of product lines, suppliers and customers on multiple continents.”

Play on, players.

Hey Elkay11, first off, Happy Easter. I did not intend my post in any way to slight yours. I actually just read it for the first time. There has been so much chatter about CRONUS joining VRUS I thought it time for a pause to think this through. Mine is an opinion just as yours is.

I did mention in my post that it would be something down the road for the two to cross sell and market. My point is, not right now. I'm going to stick with that thought process and we'll see who is right. Even as an addition it does not pencil in a hard fought growth phase. In an expansion phase or build out, yes of course, they have already eluded to such.

I hope things at home are getting better for you however.
