Yup, there was an article on Motleyfraud about that earlier this year. The pentagon wanting and needing to get the a2a refueling fleet from 40 to 54 planes. Coincidentally, about the same time Boeing was being hit with all the bad press about the 737 debacle.
I opined that could only be a huge positive for TMPS.
