Garnock does have a very wide and sweeping influence as per all your points.

I was quoting what another poster quoted as the timeline that VRUS gave about "find out in a couple weeks" coincided with the CRON conference call.

It is not out of the realm of possibilities that any number of things will happen with AGs influence, and connecting it to the points in my stickied post.

I'm very confident in all the statements that VRUS has made regarding an organic uplist and their timeline.
