I think that's what they are counting on.
But it's not gonna happen IMO.

Both Monaker and ARJ are holding common stock and VRUS is not gonna RS, as they stated they intend to get the SP to uplist price organically, and my stickied post explains how it's possible and why it's highly probable.
DD and some critical thinking goes a long way.

Monaker and ARJ will not allow a RS because it would hurt them.

The couple week timeline set out by VRUS last week coincides with this.....
