Remember CASH burn rate is very important but most importantly of all, he needs to get higher revenue, and control expenditure. As long as he increased revenue- less expenses= net income, a stoppage of dilution is possible and cancelation of R/S is possible.

Someone mentions, ahole can't max 10B otherwise he will lose preferred shares voting power. I think someone said he has 54% of the company, therefore the max the O/S is 4.6B something. Look back to my previous post, I have the caculation. We talked about that issue...…

According to your theory, the max O/S can be sold is 4,550,000,000. So you take that amount 4,550,000,000- 3,668,882,657= 881,117,343 left to be absorb in the market.


Are you sure that only 881M left allowed to be sold by the company?
