Whaaa? I think here in Conway a nice 3 bed 2 bath would be around 1500. I checked last year when we were considering selling.

Have a good dinner! We don't do big Easter dinner anymore. But I wish I could get some turkey leftovers for sandwiches without having to do all the work.
