With similar event or news ACTL should hit 0.0135 based on the market value match! Today is the market Holiday which is why no bid and no ask. 0.0001 x 0.0002 now.

Yes, $0.0135 is a very easy target for ACTL! In order to match the Same market value with another its peer (AFTC just exploded to 0.0038 most recently from the Same bottom 0.0001 with 71,846,033,691 shares Giant OS and 100,000,000,000 shares Giant AS!), ACTL will create a New Multiple-Year high $0.3906 which is 3906 Times of its current ridiculous low price!

Keep in mind: ACTL only has 699,217,523 shares FIXED Low OS count!

We just need very strong slapping actions to take out all the 0.0002 asking shares (about $26K cash) in order to trigger the well overdue 3906 ~ 135-Bagger Giant rally!

In fact recently ACTL ever surged 12-Bagger to 0.0012 from 0.0001 with huge slapping volumes v.s. at the joke low mere Bottom price 0.0001 now!

Hopefully our management team will file something (such as the Key Form 15-12G) or issue some brief business updating news very soon which will be an excellent catalyst to trigger the 100-Bagger+ Giant rally!
