The company is losing money and its primary credit is stock.. they issue shares regularly to keep the lights on so it seems.. hence the large increase in authorized shares in Q1 and another increase is coming possibly by 10X... this situation is sometimes refered to as a death spiral in penney land and the CEO lived through it here before when the company was known as emsf before the big reverse split.... Yikes
