There has only been 1 request for an EC so
far and zero from the Institutions.

The Debtors have not yet filed their Schedules
of Assets and Liabilities in the Bankruptcy Case.

The Equity Holders will have to argue that
there is a good possibility there will be assets
left over for them. There just isn’t enough
financial information yet to request an EC.
