I disagree, it seems like UDF's request to file an Omnibus 10-K in order to get the updated info published seems reasonable. That would allow us to see what the financials looked like at the end of 2017. I don't care to see each 10Q for the last 3 years.
If the SEC would accept that, then we should be close to seeing those financials and then start seeing regular quarterly filings by June.
It seems that's what they are arguing over right now- whether an Omnibus 10k will be accepted or if they have to go back and file each 10Q.
