What FINS are you looking at? There is no profit. I don't see this company turning a profit anytime soon. Revenue is not profit.

The CEO has said the R/S is necessary. He mentioned this in an interview shortly after the last R/S. To invest at this point with the hope that the R/S might be cancelled is wishfull thinking and naive. It is an extremely risky gamble to buy hoping the R/S will be cancelled.

I'm not saying there won't be an opportunity to make money here. But that opportunity is not present yet.

Are you saying that forcing the conversions @.0001 is beneficial to the company to get rid of these toxic note holders at these levels?

Is there enough shares at 10 bill to get them (conversions) all out? That only equates to 1 million this go round.

I am still holding, its almost amusing that one day I had 1% of the outstanding shares that day was over and gone in a blink of an eye.

So, I read your post again and did some checking, it’s shocking to me to see the PPS this low, this is a real business. I’ll do some more digging, looking for lawsuits and or Government actions.
