Hopester, the onus for divining management's intentions should not be on the shareholder. The directors and officers work for us, not the other way around.

I liked your explanation as to why management wanted to raise cash. It's too bad that management itself has never given such an explanation, either before or after the dilution. The current stock price proves that the market doesn't trust PSTI. My point is that this credibility problem could have been largely been avoided with more transparency.
